FUND RAISING
You will have read about the Government's cuts to the Arts
and latest round of funding distributed by the Arts Council.
We have been funded by the Arts Council twice in the past -
1979 - 1985 and 1993 - 2006
and we were cautiously hopeful that this new application would be successful
in gaining funding again..
Well, the application was turned down and a whole swathe of south London
remains neglected by the powers that be.
Support from London Councils and our landlords
Stanhope and Schroders continues
and we are determined to struggle through
and keep theatre alive in Croydon until our new theatre becomes a reality.
So we are appealing for your financial support -
we need to invest in some really good productions
and publicise ourselves more, and we need your help.
